The Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (“PACC”), headed by its Chairman, Atty. Fortunato G. Guerrero, extends its warmest greetings to President Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte for his 77^th Birthday Celebration.

President Duterte’s distinguished track record in public service, and his successes in the fight against drugs, criminality, and corruption in Davao City, and subsequently in the whole country, serves as inspiration to the PACC. His direct and decisive actions and directions in the fight against corruption has always been the guide of the PACC in all its efforts against graft, since the latter’s creation in 2018.

The PACC thank President Duterte for his fearless leadership and making it possible for the PACC to investigate corrupt Presidential Appointees without fear nor favor.

Above all, the PACC would like to express its sincere gratitude for President Duterte’s full support to PACC and its endeavor to rid government of corruption. His support enabled the PACC to establish Project Kasangga: Aksyon Laban sa Korapsyon which is the whole-of-nation and whole-of-government call to action against corruption. This will serve as President Duterte’s legacy in good governance and public accountability which we hope that the next administration will continue to pursue.

May the Almighty continue to bless President Duterte with good health, wisdom, courage, and energy to carry on with the task of leading the Philippines to a better future.
