Spearheaded by the PACC in cooperation with other law enforcement and investigating agencies, the project aims to intensify efforts in suppressing corruption, and to enjoin the government sector and stakeholders in supporting the anti-corruption campaign of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.

In a Facebook post by the PACC on 7 April 2021, PACC Chairman Greco Belgica held a virtual meeting with DPWH Secretary Mark Villar and other senior officials wherein they discussed matters relative to the cooperation being inked on this day covering the speedy detection, prosecution and resolution of graft and corruption cases within the DPWH.
