In partnership with the Philippine National Police’s Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group, the Chinese Ministry of Public Security (MPS), and the Bureau of Immigration’s Fugitive Search Unit (FSU); 277 Illegal aliens engaged in illegal online operations were arrested in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.Initially, only 3 Chinese fugitives involved in economic crimes were targeted to be captured by Philippine authorities.
