The Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) met with the 2nd Batch of Heads of Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCC) on October 8, 2019 at the Palacio del Gobernador in Intramuros, Manila to discuss with them PACC’s mandate and functions and to solidify President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s stand against graft and corruption in the Philippine government.
In attendance were Ms. Stella Z. Banawis (Executive Director of the Employees Compensation Commission), Ms. Royina M. Garma (General Manager of PCSO), Mr. Acmad Rizaldy Moti (CEO of the Home Development Mutual Fund), and Mr. Joel L. Otarra (Post Master General of the Philippine Postal Corporation).
With the support and commitment of each Head of Office, the PACC stays confident in its mission to get rid of crime and corruption in the executive branch of government.
